Since English isn't my first language, I was very apprehensive about taking a real estate class. While it was difficult to
follow at times, Ron went over ideas that I didn't immediately understand. Ron also helped me to find the Florida RE Book in Spanish

| I have a license in another state, do I need to attend training? |

| If you are now living in Florida, the 63-hour Sales Associate Pre-License Course is required. Florida has mutual
recognition agreements with Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and
Tennessee. If you live in one of those states, you may not need to take the course. A 40-question test on Florida real estate law
will be required. |

This is FREC course one. This is the course that the Florida Real Estate Commission requires you
to pass before you are eligible to take the Florida real estate exam given by Pearson Vue at fifteen
test locations throughout Florida under supervision of the Department of Business and Professional
Regulation.
ORLANDO days beginning on: 6/24/2013, 7/8/2013, 7/29/2013, 8/12/2013 ORLANDO evenings beginning: 4/24/2013, 7/9/2013 |
This course is required by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation before you renew
your Florida real estate license for the first time. Expirations are always on March 31st or
September 30th. Many Florida sales associates attend this class, not because it is required by the
Florida Real Estate Commission, but because they know Ron will teach them basic real estate skills
like finding prospects, presentation skills, negotiating skills, and leadership skills. Start your
Florida real estate career right. Attend this course before the ink dries on your new Florida real
estate license.

The Florida real estate exam given by Pearson Vue is not easy. That is why we teach a two day cram
course. Come spend two days with Ron. He will teach you exactly what is on the Florida real estate
exam so you can pass the first time and get your Florida real estate license.

This course is for Real Estate Sales Associates whose license has been Active at least 24 months within the past five years,
and want to become Brokers. Broker classes are in spring, summer and winter. Future Brokers, see you in April!
