72-Hour Broker Pre-License Course
This course is for active licensed Real Estate Sales Associates who want to become Brokers.

$350 tuition includes the textbook

  • There is a $100 non-refundable deposit to enroll in class, then we will send you the textbook.
  • Call Kathy Climer at 407-822-3926 to reserve a place. Please have card available when you call. Office hours are 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Balance is due first day of class; cash, credit card or pre-approved check.
  • Florida law requires all real estate sales associate and broker applicants to have fingerprints done electronically. Electronic fingerprinting can be reserved from PearsonVUE, Inc. and the $56.25 fee paid for through www.pearsonvue.com or by calling (888) 274-2020.
Before taking this course, Florida Real Estate Sales Associates must have completed the 45-hour Post License class. Before taking the state exam, you must have at least two years of active status within the past five years.

Experience requirements vary for out-of-state licensees. If your Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license from another state has been active for two of the past five years, you may be eligible to take the course. See Section 475.17 of Florida Statutes for details.

With Online Learning, you learn by computer, over the internet. You choose the hours of the day that you have available for learning.
