To become a Real Estate Sales Associate, you complete training, apply to the state, and pass two
challenging tests. We offer the state-required 63-hour Sales Associate Pre-License class
(where the first test is given) many times each year.

LEARN IN THE CLASSROOM — OR ONLINE?
|
|
The Pre-License course is available in both classroom and online learning. Most students
choose the classroom format, which gives more opportunity for questions and answers from
the instructor. However, if you are experienced with computer learning, you might prefer
the online course, which lets you learn any hour of the day and at your own pace.
